Armstrong Once 'N Done® No-Rinse Cleaner
No rinse cleaner for vinyl and ceramic floors. Never leaves a dulling, sticky film, will not hurt tile grout, keeps Armstrong floors looking their best.

• Do not use on solid wood, cork or linoleum floors.
• Routine cleaning: Use 1/2 cap to 1 gallon warm water, wash floor with sponge mop,  no rinsing required
• Extra strength cleaning: Use 3 caps to 1 gallon warm water, wash floor with sponge mop,  no rinsing required
• Tough spots: Use full strength except over ceramic tile, let soak 2-3 minutes, loosen dirt with nylon pad or scrub brush, wipe with clean, damp cloth or sponge

Aqua Mix Grout Deep Clean

Cleans up to 225 sq. ft., Advanced stain pulling power, dissolves grease and grime, safe on polished stone.

Aqua Mix Grout Deep Clean is a powerful cleaner designed to remove grease, food stains, soap scum, hard water deposits, dirt and soil from grout joints. Restores color and appearance of dirty and stained grout.

• Uses: Recommended for use on cementitious sanded and unsanded grout joints, surrounding tile and stone.
• Coverage: One 24-oz bottle will clean approximately 75 to 225 sq. ft. of tiled area. Coverage will vary depending upon width and type of joint, size of tile, and severity of surface staining.
• Application:
  Test a small area, according to application instructions, to determine desired results.

Read entire label before using.

Spray Grout Deep Clean onto grout joint.

Allow to dwell for 5 to 10 minutes.

Agitate with scrub brush or white scrub pad.

Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Repeat if necessary.

If grout requires sealing, allow 2 hours drying time before applying Aqua Mix Grout Sealer.

AquaMix - Concentrated Tile Cleaner

Yields up to 32 gallons, powerful routine floor cleaner, Neutral pH - safe for all surfaces, pleasant spearmint scent.

Aqua Mix concentrated tile cleaner is a super-concentrated phosphate-free cleaner formulated for everyday use. This neutral cleaner eliminates soap scum build up and hard water deposits when used regularly. The pleasant spearmint scent leaves a room smelling clean and fresh.

• Uses: Use on glazed and unglazed ceramic tile, including porcelain tile, quarry tile, sealed terra cotta and adobe tile, nature stone and grout. Also recommended for use on any water-safe surface resilient tile and masonry.
• Coverage: When diluted, one quart yields up to 32 gallons of cleaning solution which will clean approximately 2,500 to 5,000 sq ft.
• Application:
  1) Read entire label before using.
  2) Sweep or vacuum surface to remove loose debris.
  3) Mix 1 to 4 ounces of Concentrated Tile Cleaner per gallon of water. For polished natural stone surfaces, 1 ounce of cleaner per gallon of water is usually sufficient.
  4) Apply solution to area to be cleaned.
  5) Agitate with a mop or soft-bristle brush.
  6) Mop up dirty solution.
  7) Change cleaning solution at least every 250 sq. ft. as needed.

Aqua Mix Shower Tile Plus

Aqua Mix Shower Tile Plus is a powerful, multi-purpose, spray cleaner safe for everyday use. Removes soap scum and hard water deposits. Cleans mildew stains and renews grout joints and tile. Shower Tile Plus has a fresh citrus scent.

• Recommended for use on ceramic tile, grout, glass, porcelain, plastic and metal surfaces.
• Spray on surface and agitate with a scrub brush or nylon pad.
• For stubborn areas, allow to dwell 5 to 10 minutes before agitating.
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• DO NOT use on or around acid sensitive glazes and polished marble surfaces.

Aqua Mix Tile Plus More Antibacterial Cleaner

Aqua Mix Tile Plus More Antibacterial Cleaner is a routine cleaner for disinfecting, deodorizing and killing household germs. Excellent for stone and tile countertops. Will also inhibit the growth of mold and mildew. Will not etch polished marble surfaces. Tile Plus More Antibacterial Cleaner has a fresh clean scent.

Kills Streptococcus pyogenes, Salmonella choleraesuls, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, and Trichophyton mentagropyhtes (Athlete’s Foot Fungus). Virucidal against Influenza Type A and Herpes Simplex Type 2.

• Pre-clean all visibly dirty surfaces.
• Spray 6-8 inches from the surface, rub with brush, sponge or cloth. Avoid breathing spray.
• Apply by spray on hard, non-porous surfaces to thoroughly wet surfaces for a minimum contact time of 10 minutes.
• Wipe dry with a clean cloth or sponge or allow to air dry.
• Rinsing is not necessary on floor surfaces that are to be waxed or polished.
• Rinse all surfaces that come in contact with food such as countertops, appliances, tables and stovetops with potable water before reuse.
• Should not be used to clean utensils, glassware and dishes.

Aqua Mix Clean 'N Seal Kit

Aqua Mix Clean 'N Seal Kit is an easy-to-use all-in-one kit designed to clean and protect dirty and neglected grout. Kit contains 8-oz. spray Grout Deep Clean and 8-oz. spray Grout Sealer. Ideal for tiled countertops and showers.

Grout Deep Clean

• Aqua Mix Grout Deep Clean is a powerful cleaner designed to remove grease, food stains, soap scum, hard water deposits, dirt and soil from grout joints. Restores color and appearance of dirty and stained grout.
• Prepares grout joints for sealing with Aqua Mix Grout Sealer.
• Recommended for use on cementitious sanded or unsanded grout joints, surrounding tile and stone.
• Coverage: One 8-oz bottle will clean approximately 25 to 75 sq. ft. of tiles area.
• Spray onto grout joint and allow to dwell for 5 to 10 minutes. Agitate with scrub brush or white scrub pad. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Repeat if necessary. Allow 2 hours drying time before sealing.

Grout Sealer

• Aqua Mix Grout Sealer is a water-based sealer that resists water, oil and acid-based contaminants. It simplifies maintenance and does not change the appearance of the grout. Allows moisture vapor transmission. The expected wear is up to 5 years.
• Use on cementitious sanded and unsanded grout joints for ceramic tile installations. Equally effective for interior and exterior applications.
• Coverage: One 8-oz bottle will clean approximately 25 to 75 sq. ft. of tiles area.
• Grout joints must be clean and free of existing sealers and coatings. Spray 1 to 2 coat directly onto grout joints. Using cotton paper towels, polish dry any sealer remaining on tile and grout within 3 to 5 minutes after each application of each coat.
• If 2 coats are applied, allow a minimum 30 minutes drying time between coats. After 2 hours, conduct a test to determine if surface is completely sealed by applying water droplets to the surface. If water is absorbed, apply an additional coat. Wait 2 hours and repeat the test.
• Ready for surface traffic 2 hours after final coat. Sealed area should be kept dry for 12 hours. Achieves a full cure after 24 hours.

Aqua Mix Grout Sealer

• Coverage: Approx. 50 to 150 sq. ft. per coat per pint, depending on the size and porosity of grout joint, temperature and method of application

• Using cotton or paper towels, polish dry any sealer remaining on tile and grout within 3-5 minutes of application
• Test area within 2 hours, repeat if necessary
• Ready for surface traffic in 2 hours after final coat
• Sealed area should be kept dry for 12 hours
• Achieves full cure in 24 hours

Aqua Mix Sealer's Choice 15 Gold is a premium, no-sheen, natural-look, water based penetrating sealer formulated to provide maximum stain protection, especially in food preparation and serving areas.

• May also be used as a pre-grouting sealer over clean tile surfaces a minimum of 1 hour prior to grouting. Allows moisture vapor transmission.
• Uses: Use on granite, marble and other natural stone, quarry, porcelain, grout, saltillo, terra cotta, cement pavers, and masonry surfaces. Equally effective for interior and exterior applications.
• Coverage: Approximately 40 to 190 sq. ft. per coat per pint, depending on type of tile, porosity and texture of surface, temperature, humidity and method of application.
